No. All merging happens entirely in your browser using pdf-lib. Your files never leave your device — you can verify this in your browser's Network tab (no upload requests).
Is there a file size limit?
No artificial limits. Since processing is client-side, you can merge files of any size your browser memory can handle (typically hundreds of MB). For very large files, we recommend using a desktop tool.
Can I reorder pages after merging?
Yes. Drag and drop files to reorder them before merging. You can also select specific pages from each file using the page selector.
Does it preserve bookmarks and links?
Internal links and bookmarks within extracted pages are preserved where possible. Cross-document links may not resolve in the merged output.
